Customer Service Officer and Export Markets Sales Manager

Vibac Balcani d.o.o. is a company that belongs to Vibac Group, a multinational group focused on the development and manufacturing of a diversified line of specialty packaging films and pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes. To support new investment in Serbian plant (Jagodina) of self-adhesive tapes for industrial use and masking for automotive, building and painting industries, we are currently setting up our team and are looking for highly motivated and dynamic candidates from the region, to fill in the two positions of

Customer Service Officer

1.English + Russian language

2.English + French/Italian language

Requirements:

  • fluency in English and Russian, respective English and French or Italian language
  • customer service experience and exposure to production environment shall be advantageous 
  • fully computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • excellent organization, communication and analytical skills, strong customer focus and service orientation
  • residence in Jagodina or surroundings

Responsibilities:

  • supporting sales and production activities
  • order processing, logistics support in organization of delivery of the purchased goods
  • daily contacts with customers 
  • monitoring and analysis of stock level, ordered volumes and product ranges
  • assisting in production planning
  • regular reporting to the management

 

Export Markets Sales Manager

1.Russian market

2.Baltic and Balkan countries

3.Arab countries (Gulf and Africa)

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally industry and export markets related
  • excellent knowledge of English is mandatory for all executives
  • knowledge of Russian is a must for the Russian market, while knowledge of  the local languages for the other areas is highly welcome
  • strong PC skills and traveling flexibility
  • extraverted, energy-loaded sales developer, with excellent interpersonal, organizational and negotiation capacities

Responsibilities:

  • sales network development and strengthening of company and brand image in the designated region 
  • sales of product portfolio (carton sealing tapes for packaging, masking for automotive, building and painting purposes) to dealers  and converters 
  • preparation of sales plans, strategy and budgets in cooperation with the Commercial Director and responsibility for their implementation and results 
  • continuous market and competitors’ research and analysis, and identification of opportunities for further development
  • regular reporting on achieved results and conducted activities to the management
